Jason Dubin

Jason Dubin is currently an Executive Search professional with SBT in Phoenix, Arizona. At SBT, Jason leads the development of all business and growth for SBT, as well as some of firm's more senior placements within Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Quant Fund platforms. Prior to SBT, Jason Dubin spent 3 years with Pinnacle Group International, an Executive Search firm servicing the specialized recruiting needs of lower and middle market firms in the alternative investment space.  While at Pinnacle Group, Jason ran full-life cycle searches for Growth Equity, LBO Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund of Fund and Hedge Fund clients.  Jason made placements at the Pre-MBA Associate, Sr. Associate and Post MBA VP and Principal levels.   Prior to Pinnacle Group, Jason spent 5 years in the sports industry as a player agent.  After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2006, Jason joined the premier boutique sports agency in the southwest when he joined the baseball division at Gaylord Sports Management.  Among Jason's responsibilities at Gaylord: handling and negotiating contracts for Rule IV draftees , reviewing and drafting licensing and marketing endorsement agreements for Gaylord's baseball and golf divisions. free agent salary research and analysis, as well as handling all research and brief constuction for salary arbitration eligible clients within the baseball division.   Jason earned his B.S in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Buisness at Arizona State University and then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law.
